LEED Certification

LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a third party verification methodology for certifying projects and green construction. About 1.85 million square feet of construction is certified by LEED on a daily basis, making it the most widely used program of it’s kind.

DePatco design, engineering, and implementation is an important component of an overall construction project. We can assist stakeholders to achieve desired LEED rating levels.

Commitment to Green Construction

Through our construction projects, DePatco has an enormous responsibility and stewardship to the environment. We take our work seriously, and it is an important part of our projects to ensure that our overall effect on the environment is positive.

That is why at DePatco, we strictly adhere to all local and federal guidelines for environmentally friendly construction. We use highly durable materials that are long-lasting and safe, we recycle and re-use materials, and we implement a performance-based approach to critically evaluate all construction options.
